How we support you
At ADC Community, we partner with NDIS participants and families to build independence, connection, and confidence. Our supports are person-centred, goal-focused, and designed to give you choice and control across daily life, home, community, work and study.
NDIS provider - We offer remote services across all of Australia however direct support is Sydney - Lake Macquarie.
Supporting ages 0-65 with a special focus in neurodivergent individuals, working with your team to achieve your desired goals.

Who we support
We work with a variety of disabilities our nursing care team are able to work with those who might be considered as complex. In addition our support workers have extensive experience with a range of disabilities including those who are neurodivergent and this is where we thrive. Maybe also mention strong ties and cultural awareness with Aboriginal communities and those from CALD backgrounds.
